Descriptions of services and tools on this site are informational and do not by themselves form a contract. Specific engagements, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing between you and AdByAd Pvt. Ltd before work begins.
Where a service, tool, or subscription is purchased through this site, payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway, not stored or processed directly on our servers. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to GST or other applicable taxes at checkout. By making a payment, you also agree to the payment gateway provider's own terms and privacy policy for that transaction. You're responsible for keeping your billing details current; failed or reversed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.
Refund and cancellation terms depend on the specific service, tool, or plan purchased and will be stated at the time of purchase or in your engagement agreement. Where no specific terms are stated, refund requests are reviewed case by case, write to [email protected] with your order details. Amounts already charged by the payment gateway for processing are non-refundable.
Figures shown on this site (such as cost reductions and output increases) describe results achieved in specific engagements and internal benchmarks. They illustrate what our approach can achieve and are not a guarantee of identical results for every business, since outcomes depend on factors including your market, budget, and starting point.
Tools marked "Coming Soon" are under active development. Availability dates, features, and access terms may change before release. Client access to in-built tools is provided as part of an active engagement or subscription and ends when that engagement or subscription ends, unless agreed otherwise.
Alongside the general website rules above, if you hold an account you agree not to: share your login with people outside your organization without our knowledge, attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours, reverse-engineer or resell access to our tools, or initiate a chargeback for a service that was in fact delivered without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
The Midnight Panda name, panda mark, site design, and site content are the property of AdByAd Pvt. Ltd. Client materials shared with us remain the client's property. Ownership of work we produce for a client is defined in that client's engagement agreement.
This website and any account or tools made available through it are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdByAd Pvt. Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from payment processing errors caused by a third-party gateway, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access that wasn't caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
